Bakery Oven operator (evening shift) From dough and batter to a perfectly baked finished product, you are involved in the entire process. As a Bakery Production Worker, you operate the machines and ovens, monitor quality, and ensure that production keeps running smoothly. Sound like the right job for you? Berkel-Enschot Sector Food Employment type Full-time What will you do? As a Bakery oven operator, you will work at various stages of the production process. You prepare dough and batter according to established recipes and then process them using filling or depositing machines. Depending on the product, you may also apply and distribute fillings by hand. You supply the machines with the correct ingredients and make sure the production process continues to run smoothly. Next comes the baking process. You set the ovens correctly, load the oven racks, and ensure they are changed at the right time. Meanwhile, you closely monitor the baking process and make adjustments whenever necessary. Once the products are ready, you move them on to the next stage of production and also assist with packaging and quality checks. You also keep a close eye on the production equipment. You carry out minor maintenance yourself and report any malfunctions promptly. At the end of your shift, you clean the workplace according to the established cleaning schedules, ensuring that it meets the required quality standards.
