Through Adecco, you will be working full-time (40 hours per week) as a warehouse employee at Schneider Electric, a leading international company with a modern, safe, and tightly organized distribution center in Helmond. What are you going to do? As a warehouse employee at Schneider Electric, you and your team are responsible for the entire logistics process in the warehouse. You ensure that goods reach the customer safely, on time, and in top condition. Your duties include: - Receiving, checking, and storing incoming goods - Order picking with a scanner or pick list - Packaging and preparing orders for shipment - Registering goods in the system and updating stock levels - Loading and unloading trucks - Working in accordance with strict safety and quality regulations You will work from Monday to Friday in two shifts as standard. A morning shift from 6:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. and an afternoon shift from 3:00 p.m. to 00:00 a.m. Depending on the department, there are also 2 shifts as an assembly worker. There is 1 shift from 6:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. and 1 shift from 07:00 a.m. to 16:00 p.m. What do we offer? - Gross hourly wage of €14,99 - Shift allowance of 8,75% in 2 shifts (then you earn €16,30 per hour) - Travel allowance from 5km up to 70km one way (€0,23 per km) - 30 vacation days - Opportunity for a contract with Schneider Electric based on good performance - Quarterly bonus based on your performance - Work in a safe, modern, and clean warehouse with a social team Where will you work?
