Do you enjoy working with your hands and take pride in accurately processing, assembling, and finishing panels? You will work with modern machinery, but the role primarily focuses on manual assembly, finishing, quality control, and repairing high-quality panels. What are you going to do? As a Panel Assembly Worker in the assembly department, you are the final link in the production process. You make sure that every panel is properly finished and meets the required quality standards. - Deburr aluminum edges and neatly finish panels - Apply waterproof sealant - Saw and process panels - Perform quality checks and complete inspection checklists - Repair damage to products - Keep the work area clean and safe - Working hours are Monday to Friday, from 07:00 to 16:00 What do we offer? - €16.33 gross per hour for the first 4 weeks, increasing to €16.72 gross per hour afterwards - 8.33% holiday allowance - 25 vacation days - Pension from day one - Access to the Adecco Academy for your professional development - Work clothing provided - Three weeks of summer shutdown and at least one week of winter shutdown around the holidays Where will you work? You will work for a major European manufacturer of high-quality sandwich panels for vehicle body construction. The production site in Waalwijk uses modern machinery and smart production processes. In Hall 4, specialized products are manufactured for use in the defense sector across Europe and North America.
