In this position, you will ensure that everything is neatly packed, machines keep running and products are ready on schedule. As a Production Employee, you are responsible for the timely preparation and packaging of products according to set guidelines. You operate the machines, change film rolls when necessary and perform interim quality checks. You immediately identify any deviations so that the production process continues to run smoothly. You also register the finished product in the system and contribute to a clean and safe working environment. During shift changes you take care of a clear transfer, so that your colleagues can get on well. You work alternately in two or three shifts, depending on the schedule. Your working hours are 07:00 - 15:00 | 15:00 - 23:00 | 23:00 - 07:00 The offer What do you get in return? - A gross hourly wage starting at €15; - Shift pay up to 20% per hour worked; - Ability to work in 2 or 3 shifts; - Travel reimbursement in accordance with collective bargaining agreement; - Work at a stable and growing organization operating within the European market.
