- Eindhoven - Full-time - 15.42 General production worker For a production environment in the printing industry, we are looking for a General Production Worker for books. In this role, you will contribute to a smooth production process where precision and focus are important. As a Books Allround Production Employee, you will perform daily production tasks that are essential for the smooth running of the production process. You will identify deviations and problems in a timely manner, ensuring that production continues to run smoothly. Small errors have a big impact, so your focus and precision are essential. During peak periods, you will work in two shifts and contribute to a reliable workflow. A short training period of 1-2 days will help you get started quickly. The offer What do you get in return? - Een startsalaris van €15,42 bruto per uur zonder ervaring; - Een salaris van €16,13 bruto per uur bij relevante ervaring; - Shift premiums for 30% between 6:00 a.m. and 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m.; - A shift premium of 55% between 8:00 PM and midnight; - An extensive onboarding period via a buddy system; - Working within a professional and international production environment.
