As a Production Employee, you will be responsible for cutting materials from large rolls to the required dimensions based on work orders and product specifications. You will set up and operate cutting and winding machines safely and accurately. During the production process, you will inspect dimensions, product quality, and any signs of damage to ensure that only products meeting the required standards are processed. In addition, you will label finished products and accurately register them in the system. You will move material rolls to and from the warehouse, carefully package finished products for shipment, and monitor the stock of packaging materials. If you notice a deviation or a minor machine malfunction, you will report it promptly and take appropriate action or inform your supervisor when necessary. You will work in a three-shift rotation with the following working hours: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM, 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM, and 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM.
