Your contributions As a Technical Account Manager, you are the link between the technical side of the business and the customer. You build long-term customer relationships, contribute ideas on technical solutions and ensure that projects run smoothly from enquiry to contract. No two days are the same, and you'll be given plenty of scope to put your technical and commercial skills to good use. You'll be working in a team comprising two in-house sales staff and one direct colleague in the same role as you. Together, you'll form a strong team. You'll liaise frequently with the Work Planning department, whilst the Production, Logistics and R&D departments are also part of this SME manufacturing company.
