As an Intermediary, you are the connecting factor between clients and temporary staff. You are responsible for a group of approximately 350 temporary staff within your region. From Monday to Thursday, you are often on-site with clients to monitor service delivery, maintain relationships, and resolve any challenges immediately. Fridays are primarily focused on administrative tasks, with the possibility of working from home at times. You maintain contact with existing clients, guide new employees during their onboarding, and ensure that temporary staff are well-supported during their work. Additionally, you monitor the quality of service delivery and act as the point of contact when questions or situations arise between clients and employees. You are also responsible for monitoring forecasts, managing matters such as holiday requests and absence registrations, and ensuring correct reporting of client visits. You will work closely with account managers, planners, and your team leader. To further develop, you will receive monthly coaching from your team leader and will be part of a team of six recruitment consultants.
