The Parktheater aims to be a theater for everyone and therefore offers a highly diverse program. We want to move our audience and foster meaningful encounters between theater artists and the public. The Parktheater is deeply rooted in the community and is both involved in and initiates various social projects. The Team To strengthen our facilities team, we are looking for an enthusiastic, hands-on individual with technical insight. The Facilities team consists of three staff members and a team manager. Together, they are responsible for the management, maintenance, and optimal operation of the Parktheater. Each team member brings their own knowledge, interests, and qualities to the table, ranging from technology and systems to organization and customer service. The variety of tasks and responsibilities makes the team strong and resilient. In their day-to-day work, they work both independently and collaboratively on maintenance, troubleshooting, projects, and facilities support.
