Apply now As a transport planner at VTS, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating pharmaceutical shipments across Europe. You will maintain an overview, react quickly and ensure that everything runs according to plan and under the correct conditions. In this role, you'll be in daily contact with drivers and customers, ensuring that processes run smoothly. No two days are the same: you'll be juggling tasks, prioritising and making adjustments where necessary. This is what your day will look like - Planning and coordinating (international) pharmaceutical transport operations - Responding quickly and effectively to deviations and changes - Checking the availability of staff and equipment - Checking orders for completeness and accuracy - Arranging loading and unloading times - Recording transport and order data in various systems - Ensuring compliance with ISO and quality procedures - Achieving quality and performance targets - Managing and optimising planning applications Your team You will work in a close-knit planning team where you will liaise daily with fellow planners, drivers and internal departments.
