You analyse local and global HR processes, identify opportunities for standardisation, and help translate complex information into practical improvements. Working closely with international HR teams and stakeholders, you facilitate workshops, coordinate project activities, and support change initiatives. You also explore how AI tools, such as Copilot, can support process documentation, policy development, and knowledge management. Your responsibilities: - Analyse and compare HR processes across countries and regions. - Identify gaps between local practices and global standards. - Assess local legal and compliance requirements. - Facilitate workshops, meetings, and stakeholder discussions. - Coordinate project activities and support change management efforts. - Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders. - Support the optimisation of processes, policies, and documentation using AI tools. - Maintain structured process documentation and knowledge repositories.
