As an International Recruiter, you handle applications, assess CVs, and schedule online intake interviews. During these interviews, you discover who someone is, what they are looking for, and where opportunities lie. Afterward, you create candidate profiles that colleagues can use to approach clients. Even after an interview, you remain involved. You follow up on applications, maintain contact with candidates, and ensure that processes run smoothly.
