In this position, you will manage the recruitment process from start to finish, from the first contact with candidates to their placement. Location Etten-Leur Employment type Full-time What will you do? As a Recruiter, you're the first point of contact for candidates, whether they call, walk in or apply online. You conduct intake interviews, map out candidate profiles and know exactly where someone fits best. You also stay in touch with former employees and attract new candidates through referrals. You'll think along on recruitment campaigns, organize walk-in events and collaborate with local networks. By keeping everything well-documented in systems like Carerix, you maintain structure and oversight. From the first chat to their first shift on-site, you make sure candidates are fully informed, well-prepared and motivated to start.
