You will work closely with HR, Finance, external payroll providers, and subject matter experts to deliver seamless payroll services while ensuring compliance with local legislation and company policies. Beyond day-to-day payroll execution, you'll play an active role in improving processes, driving standardization, and supporting transformation initiatives that enhance efficiency and employee experience. What you will do As our International Payroll Specialist, you will ensure accurate, timely, and compliant payroll delivery across multiple EMEA countries. Working closely with HR, Finance, and external payroll providers, you will act as the driving force behind a smooth payroll operation while continuously looking for ways to improve processes, standardize ways of working, and support payroll transformation initiatives.
