You handle logistical questions, process orders and make sure customers receive the right information. Your responsibilities include: - Handling customer and logistics inquiries ; - Processing and following up on orders; - Solving issues and coordinating with internal departments; - Maintaining accurate administrative information in the systems; - Performing various back-office activities ; - Keeping customers and colleagues informed about the progress of orders and requests.
