You guide them with questions about housing, transportation, registrations, and the first workday. You also explain the house rules and the living environment and support them where necessary with registrations at the RNI, the municipality, or the application for a BSN. In addition, you help with the daily planning and transportation of temporary workers. You keep in touch with drivers, communicate changes in workplaces, and look for solutions in case of downtime or unexpected transport problems. You also support in case of absenteeism and ensure that the planning is informed in time. At the residential locations, you supervise the general course of affairs. You register arrival and departure, manage keys, badges, clothing, and other resources, and report facility problems to the appropriate department. By maintaining regular contact with residents, you identify bottlenecks early and know how to resolve conflicts calmly.
