You start your day with focus: you decide which leads to follow up on, pick up the phone and schedule new appointments. Your main goal is to acquire new customers and expand your customer portfolio. As a Field Account Manager at Job Invest, you seize commercial opportunities immediately. This role is all about new business. Rejections actually motivate you and you supervise the entire process: from initial interview and negotiations to building client relationships. Together with your fellow recruiters you make sure you find the right match between client and candidate, follow up candidates quickly and keep a sharp eye on vacancies.
