Your impact: - Lead and develop the regional and account Airports Service Sales strategy in conjunction with the Service and Commercial & Account Leads, establishing a consistent regional approach that integrates central coordination with strong country‑level input, execution and customer proximity - Generate a sales plan aimed at both deepening and widening Airports Services scope and increase business partnership maturity - Drive acquisition of new service sales opportunities in close collaboration with Commercial and Accounts and local Service teams - Steer the full Service proposition portfolio, (including Operations, Maintenance and RMR business), ensuring high retention rates, competitive value propositions, and strong long‑term customer relationships - Define and govern service sales processes, including commercial governance, value‑based selling practices, CRM discipline, pipeline transparency and forecasting accuracy - Strengthen cross‑regional alignment, coordinating pursuit strategies across countries/sub‑regions and representing Service Sales in customer centre steering committees and commercial forums - Provide bid support for complex/high valu...
