As a Recruitment Consultant, you are the key link between the client and temporary workers. You spend most of your week on-site with clients in your region, where you maintain relationships, identify opportunities, and ensure that the services provided continue to meet the client's needs. In addition, you monitor service quality, support the launch of new projects, and track workforce forecasts to proactively respond to developments. Fridays are primarily dedicated to administrative tasks such as absence management, vacation planning, and reporting. Part of these responsibilities can be performed remotely from home.
