Your responsibilities include: - Initiating and implementing technical and quality improvement plans; - Monitoring product quality and material availability for assembly; - Investigating and resolving internal quality issues and non-conformities; - Analysing deviations and identifying the root cause of problems; - Developing and implementing structural corrective actions; - Preparing quality reports and improvement documentation; - Working closely with production, engineering and quality teams; - Coaching and supporting production teams in solving quality problems; - Improving processes to prevent recurring quality issues; - Contributing to a culture of continuous improvement and quality awareness. You won't spend your entire day behind a desk. You will regularly be on the production floor, working directly with the people and processes involved. Functie-eisen You are a technically minded professional who can combine hands-on problem solving with analytical thinking. You have: - A completed Bachelor's degree (HBO) in a technical field, such as Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics or Industrial Engineering; - Experience with assembly processes in a mechatronic manufacturing environment; - Experience with process control and quality systems; - Knowledge of Process FMEA (PFMEA) and Control Plans; - Knowledge of industrial production standards and manufacturing processes; - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; - Excellent communication skills; - A structured and pr...
