We are looking for a 1 Supply Chain Manager (Order Management B2B) (m/f/d) Your responsibilities at waterdrop®: * As Supply Chain Manager (m/f/d), you take ownership of Waterdrop's key growth channels with a primary focus on order fulfilment operations * Ensure timely, accurate, and cost-efficient execution of all customer orders * Monitor order progress end-to-end and proactively resolve issues to meet agreed service levels (SLAs) * Rootcausing of inefficiencies in existing workflows, and drive corrective actions to improve speed, accuracy, and customer experience * Analyse fulfilment and assembly performance based on defined KPIs and derive actionable insights * Align cross-functional stakeholders on priorities, capacity planning, and execution roadmaps * Contribute to the development of centralized and standardized warehouse management processes * Actively work and improve upon a forecast and use it to drive timely fulfillment operations What makes you a great fit: * At least 2-3 years of professional experience in supply chain management * Proven track record in project management and process improvement * Hands-on knowledge of digital warehouse management systems (WMS) * Background in the fast moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry * Strong analytical skills, ability to build reports - tools, which support daily ops * Degree in a relevant field, preferably with a focus on supply chain * Fluency in English, both written and spoken What we offer you: * A high-achieving, international community of waterdrop® colleagues, located in a brand-new HQ in Vienna, Austria. * MyClubs sports vouchers, to have a sporty balance. * In-house fitness centre. * In-house company doctor & Instahelp vouchers. * In-house restaurant with subsidized healthy meals, for a break with your colleagues. * Discount on your waterdrop purchases. * Coverage of your transportation card. * Legendary summer and Christmas parties! The minimum salary for this position is EUR 42,000 gross per year on a full-time basis. Depending on your qualifications, there is the willingness for overpayment.
