Join us on that journey and ... 1 Supply Planner (m/f/d) As our Supply Planner, you turn demand plans into operational reality. You ensure the right stock, in the right place, at the right time - while carefully balancing availability, shelf life, and working capital. This is a hands-on execution role with real ownership. You will manage your portfolio end-to-end, work closely with internal stakeholders and suppliers, and actively contribute to strengthening our supply planning backbone in a fast-growing international scale-up. Your responsibilities at waterdrop®: * Own the supply plan for your portfolio: Translate demand forecasts into actionable supply plans and maintain optimal stock levels across warehouses. * Manage Purchase Orders end-to-end: Create, adjust, and track POs based on forecast updates and business priorities. Proactively engage with suppliers to manage lead times, resolve delays, and prevent service risks. * Oversee inbound shipments and inventory health: Monitor inbound flows and stock levels while balancing availability with shelf-life requirements to avoid stockouts, excess, or write-offs. * Plan product launches and phase-outs: Ensure smooth supply execution during new product introductions and delistings in close collaboration with Demand Planning, Portfolio, Production, Order Management, and Commercial teams. * Identify and mitigate supply risks: Spot potential risks early - whether related to capacity, lead time, or excess - and drive structured follow-up actions with stakeholders. * Track KPIs and improve processes: Analyse supply planning KPIs, root-cause recurring issues, and continuously improve planning processes and tools. Your strengths and qualifications: * 3-5 years of experience in supply planning, material planning, production planning, or S&OP. * Strong analytical skills and confidence working with planning systems and data. * Structured, detail-oriented mindset with the ability to manage complexity. * Hands-on mentality and high level of ownership. * Clear communicator who collaborates effectively across teams and suppliers. * Motivation to continuously improve processes and ways of working. * Fluent in English, both written and spoken; German is a plus. The minimum salary for this position is EUR 55.000 gross per year on a full-time basis. Depending on your qualifications, there is the willingness for overpayment.
