For our Pharmaceutical Client based in Muttenz we are looking for a motivated Automation Engineer (all genders) for a temporary assignment to support, optimize, and develop automation solutions for production and infrastructure systems within a dynamic industrial setting. Automation Engineer (all genders) Your Responsibilities Support the operation, reliability, and continuous improvement of automation systems across manufacturing and infrastructure facilities. Troubleshoot and optimize control systems, equipment, and technical processes. Collaborate closely with production, engineering, maintenance, logistics, and operational teams. Participate in automation projects, system upgrades, and process optimization initiatives. Ensure automation solutions comply with operational, safety, and quality standards. Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external service providers to successfully implement technical solutions. Assist in maintaining and improving plant performance through efficient automation and control strategies. What We're Looking For 2\-3\+ years of experience in Automation Engineering, Process Automation, OT Engineering, or a similar role. Experience working in an operational or manufacturing environment supporting technical equipment and production systems. Junior candidates are also encouraged to apply if they have completed a relevant apprenticeship and possess practical automation experience. Fluent English is required. German is a strong advantage.
