Blacksheep Foods Ltd T/A BAA BAA Cafe based at 30 Main Street, Chapelizod, Dublin 20 is seeking 1 Chef de Partie Main duties includes: - Plans menus, prepares, seasons and cooks foodstuffs or oversees their preparation and monitors the quality of finished dishes, supervises, organises and instruct kitchen staff and manages the whole kitchen or an area of the kitchen. - Ensures relevant hygiene and health and safety standards are maintained within the kitchen. - Plans and co-ordinates kitchen work such as fetching, clearing and cleaning of equipment and utensils. 2 years experience requires Contract type: 24 Months permanent full-time 39 hours per week/Salary 36,605€ annually/18.05€ per hour Apply via email to: [email protected]
