To provide high quality, therapeutic and person-centered care and support to children, young people and young adults within residential care and aftercare services operated by McCare Limited. Key Responsibilities • Support children, young people and young adults in line with individual care plans, placement plans and aftercare plans. • Develop therapeutic and professional relationships that promote trust, safety and positive outcomes. • Promote participation, dignity, equality, independence and individual rights. • Support education, training, employment, health, wellbeing and life skills development. • Maintain accurate records, reports, handovers and documentation in line with organisational and regulatory requirements. • Participate in key working, placement planning, reviews, meetings and multidisciplinary engagement. • Promote safeguarding, positive behaviour support and risk management practices. • Contribute to creating a warm, safe, respectful and homely environment. • Participate in team meetings, supervision, audits, inspections and training. • Work collaboratively and positively as part of the wider residential care team.
