Cork, T12 CH50. require a Assistant Restaurant and Bar Manager for a busy restaurant. Minimum of 5 years previous experience in a similar role. The successful candidate will be responsible for manage food and beverage operations. Ability to delegate and lead a team of staff. Other requirements include: Assistant Restaurant and Bar Manager experience in modern dining environment Comply with HACCP control and maintain standards of hygiene.
