Address: SERMIN 75, 6000 KOPER Contact person: POLONA MARKOVIC Telephone number:+38659096430 E-mail address: [email protected] Web: https://aluks.com / Vacancy reference number on EURES/national public employment service porta: * RD88313 Place of work: SERMIN 75, 6000 KOPER, SLOVENIA Contract type: WORKING AGREEMENT, permanent Type of employment: full time Work in shifts: morning Working hours: 40 hours a week Day(s) off: SATURDAY, SUNDAY Salary: Up to EUR 4,100.00 (net salary: approximately EUR 2,500.00-3,000.00, depending on the outcome of the interview, the candidate's experience) per month Job description (please, specify details, main duties and responsibilities): * Representing and promoting the company, while maintaining strong relationships with customers and business partners; * Receiving customer enquiries, communicating with customers, providing technical and commercial advice, and coordinating customer requirements; * Preparing, processing, and coordinating quotations, orders, pro forma invoices, and related documentation; * Verifying production feasibility, delivery schedules, installation availability, and coordinating timelines with customers; * Concluding sales in accordance with the company's sales policy and monitoring the execution of sales activities; * Providing support to the field sales network and cooperating with contractors and business partners; * Organising work within the showroom, planning sales activities, and implementing sales methods for the company's products and services; * Identifying and acquiring new customers, developing business opportunities, and participating in trade fairs and product presentations; * Conducting field sales activities, visiting customers and clients, and presenting products and technical solutions; * Preparing technical specifications, bills of quantities, calculations, cost estimates, and resolving technical and technological issues; * Monitoring and analysing business performance, quotations, and cost calculations, while ensuring the quality of completed work and products; * Preparing documentation for incoming and outgoing goods, maintaining records, and ensuring the accuracy of documentation; * Cooperating with internal departments and coordinating cross-functional activities; * Ensuring the responsible use of company assets, equipment, materials, and documentation; * Performing other duties in accordance with the instructions of supervisors and the employer's applicable internal policies. Education, qualification and other skills (certificates, competences etc.) required: * At least a secondary vocational or general secondary education in a technical, mechanical engineering, or another relevant field; * A minimum of three (3) years of experience in a comparable position; * Valid Category B driving licence; * Knowledge of the technical characteristics of raw materials and the company's product range; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including advanced Microsoft Excel, and experience using Orgadata LogiKal and SchüCal design software; * Strong communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to work effectively as part of a team, and a high level of accuracy and reliability.
