We are looking for a committed QA/Tester with a passion for quality and a keen eye for detail. You are curious, detail-oriented, and motivated by identifying risks, validating solutions, and providing quality insights that help teams make informed decisions. As part of the Product Team, you will work on app features designed to support and guide users throughout their reproductive journey through AI tools, feedback loops, and personalised in-app content. You will also contribute to the Natural Cycles customer support chatbot, helping ensure a reliable, compliant, and high-quality experience across both user-facing and AI-powered features. Please note that we are hiring for this role in Sweden. What you will be doing Design, execute, and document testing activities for new and updated features, prioritising test coverage based on customer impact, product risk, and regulatory requirements. Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and Engineering throughout the development process, contributing to planning, requirements discussions, and feature validation to build quality into solutions from the start. Identify quality risks, investigate defects, perform exploratory and regression testing, and provide timely, actionable feedback to support product and release decisions. Maintain clear test evidence and medical device documentation, contributing to requirements reviews, risk assessments, and validation activities as needed. Contribute to improvements in testing approaches, automation, tooling, and datasets to increase product quality, release confidence, and team effectiveness. What skills and experience we think you have 2+ years of experience in QA and software testing within a cross-functional product development environment. Experience designing, executing, and documenting test cases using functional, exploratory, regression, and risk-based testing techniques. Hands-on experience testing one or more of the following: web applications, mobile applications, APIs, or applications integrating LLMs. Proficiency with testing and debugging tools to investigate issues, analyse failures, and support defect resolution. Experience contributing to automated testing and a solid understanding of modern software development practices, including version control, CI/CD, and release processes. Strong communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills, with the ability to provide clear feedback, maintain documentation, and manage multiple priorities. While not required, it is a plus if you have experience working in a regulated environment or with documentation-heavy quality processes.
