Requirements
Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations management, preferably in a BPO environmentDegree in Business Administration or relevant field (MBA is a plus)Exceptional leadership and team management skillsStrong communication and interpersonal abilitiesProven experience in driving process improvements and operational efficienciesData-driven mindset with strong analytical skillsAbility to handle multiple priorities and lead under pressureUp-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practicesProficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google ApplicationsMust have reliable computer and high-speed internet access.Benefits
