Description des tâches: Job Description Summary BorgWarner PowerDrive Systems is currently looking for dynamic and results-driven individual to join as a eDyne Test Technician for our Luxembourg Technical Center in Hautcharage, Luxembourg. The eDyne Test Technician is the main operator specialist of the eDyne and P-HiL test benches. He/She is responsible for operating the test benches for all customers, whether internal or external requestors. The role requires the ability to follow various procedures and specifications, as well as to prepare and define test setups (electrical, hydraulic, and specific data acquisition systems) in order to meet test objectives. The eDyne Test Technician is also responsible for managing multiple PCs used for control purposes, including the test bench, unit under test control, unit under test acquisition, and special system control. Job Description: Key Roles and Responsibilities: Run the eDyne and P-HiL test bench in manual and automatic mode. Prepare an electrical machine received by customer (Electrical and hydraulic part) and install it on the test bench. Prepare an Inverter provided by BorgWarner (Electrical, hydraulic and measurement part) and install it on the test bench. Follow different procedures of testing (development, validation, performance, …). Install and control additional equipment needed for the tests. Prepare SW depending on the testing demand. Be able to update or modify existing automatization scripts of testing to improve efficiency of test bench utilization. Confirm the correct test execution by checking the raw data and provide them in the correct format to the “customer” and share them. Manage the stock of testing parts. Your Profile: Professional diploma in Electrical/Mechanic. 10+ more years of experience as automotive test technician. Knowledge on electrical power drive system (Inverter, motor, …). Strong knowledge in test equipment: i.e. Climatic chamber, Power Supply, oscilloscopes, generators. Have experience of test on eDyne (PUMA is an advantage). Ability to work flexible hours to support multi-shift operation. Good communication skills. Adhere to high voltage safety standards and procedures (Having HV training on vehicles is an advantage). Calibration and CAN tool experience (CANape, CANoe, etc.). Knowledge of Excel/Word standards. Strong organizational skills in testing activities and in working area. Maintain a critical approach to testing activities to ensure the safety of both personnel and the test bench. Fluency in English is required.
