Jobomschrijving Oversee daily facility operations across multiple properties Manage technical maintenance, safety standards, and compliance requirements Coordinate external suppliers, contractors, and service providers Supervise mobility solutions including fleet, parking, and employee transport policies Control budgets, monitor costs, and ensure operational efficiency Implement workplace and infrastructure improvements Act as a point of contact for internal teams and building occupants Lead projects related to refurbishment, optimization, or relocation Ensure alignment with environmental and sustainability targets Proven experience in facility management / property management / real estate operations Strong ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills Analytical mindset with strong financial awareness (budget control, cost optimisation) High level of organisation and problem-solving capabilities Knowledge of health, safety, and regulatory standards Bilingual French & Dutch
