Responsibilities Collect and formalize business requirements into detailed functional specifications. Collaborate with the Product Owner to manage the backlog and draft user stories. Coordinate functional testing and validate software deliveries with business stakeholders. Support development teams in understanding complex functional requirements. Analyze application incidents and prioritize necessary corrections. Facilitate Agile ceremonies and workshops to streamline project communication. Requirements 5+ years of experience as a Functional Analyst within a software development environment. 5+ years of practical experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies, including Jira Agile and Confluence . 5+ years of experience in incident analysis, solution follow-up, and bug prioritization. 2+ years of experience with containerization using Docker , Kubernetes , and OpenShift . 2+ years of experience with SQL databases and Hazelcast . 2+ years of experience with Xray for test management. 2+ years of experience with TIBCO RDV (Rendezvous). 2+ years of experience with Java development tools. You possess a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and are willing to participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation. You are fluent in Dutch or French (C2 level) with C1 level proficiency in the second national language and English . Nice to Haves Knowledge of Eclipse RCP or Angular frontends.
