About this role
Responsibilities Translate the project methodology into a concrete change and adoption plan for the user organization. Conduct thorough impact analyses on processes, roles, and operational workflows to ensure continuity of service. Develop practical work instructions, supporting materials, and feedback mechanisms for end-users. Facilitate the transition for core users, process owners, and management through structured communication and training. Coordinate with training and communication officers to align the change trajectory with organizational needs. Monitor and manage the adoption process to ensure the structural anchoring of new working methods. Requirements You have 10+ years of experience in Change Management and Business Change Management within digital transformation or implementation projects. You bring 10+ years of experience in User Adoption , Stakeholder Management , Communication Planning , and Change Impact Analysis . You possess extensive experience guiding end-users and management through organizational transitions where service continuity is critical. You have proven experience with Incident and Change Management and implementing new application systems in operational environments. You bring the ability to translate complex project information into practical support materials and work instructions. You possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field. You are fluent in Dutch at a C2 level. Nice to Haves Experience with ADKAR Prosci methodology. Knowledge of Jira , Confluence , and Azure DevOps . Previous experience within the public sector or a judicial context. Experience in Asset Management . Active professional knowledge of English and French .
