Senior Support Engineer - Tasks & Responsibilities Act as a Senior Support reference , taking ownership of complex incidents and ensuring issues are followed through to resolution. Provide advanced support across Microsoft & Linux environments , endpoints, applications and user access. Troubleshoot networking, VPN and security-related issues , while supporting basic infrastructure and server activities. Manage and configure laptops, desktops and Apple devices , including deployments and technical maintenance. Contribute to IT processes & continuous improvement , including CMDB updates, ticketing, reporting and Knowledge Base documentation. Collaborate closely with IT & Infrastructure teams , sharing knowledge and supporting the team during high workloads and technical projects. Senior Support Engineer - Your Profile 4+ years of experience in IT Support, with solid L2/L3 or senior-level exposure. Strong knowledge of Microsoft & Linux , combined with excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills. Good understanding of networking, VPN, antivirus/security solutions and user access management . Experience with Microsoft 365, Teams, Zoom and Apple environments such as macOS, iOS and iPadOS. Knowledge of print management, audiovisual and conference-room technologies is a strong plus. A genuine team player with strong communication skills, resilience and a curiosity for learning and evolving technically. Fluent in French and English .
