You will help produce high-quality safety boots used in industries such as agriculture, food production, construction, and fishing . Your Responsibilities Assemble components onto moulds before production Operate production machines together with a colleague Remove finished boots from the machine Clean and prepare machines for the next production cycle Trim and finish products by removing excess material Carry out detailed quality inspections Ensure every product meets the required quality standards Your Profile Experience in a production environment is an advantage You are willing to learn and develop new skills You work accurately and have a strong eye for detail Quality is your top priority You enjoy working closely with colleagues and supporting the team You have your own transportation You speak English or Dutch and English (you are able to follow training and work instructions in English) Working Environment Modern manufacturing environment Standing work throughout most of the shift Team-oriented workplace with colleagues from different nationalities (Polish, Ukrainian, Hungarian etc) Production targets are important, but quality always comes first Product inspection and quality control are a key part of the job
