About this role
For a growing family-owned company specialized in processing fresh vegetables, we are looking for motivated production operators. You will work in a modern production environment where vegetables are washed, sorted, cut, and packaged using fully automated systems. Depending on your interests, skills, and experience, you will be assigned to the foodservice department (peeling/cutting line), washing unit, or sorting area. Tasks: Start up, operate, and monitor a production line from A to Z Ensure the quality of incoming and outgoing products Set and adjust cameras according to quality standards Accurately complete production and quality documentation Maintain a clean and organized workstation during shift changes Collaborate with fellow operators and report to the production manager Contribute to a smooth and efficient production process Experience in a production environment and strong technical insight are a plus Good communication skills Strong attention to cleanliness, order, and quality Able to work independently as well as in a team Hands-on mentality and stress-resistant Flexible and able to prioritize tasks Willing to work in a shift system Experience with the forklift
