About this role
Your Role As a Production Operator Coatings, you are hands-on in the entire coatings production process. You ensure every batch is produced accurately and safely, from raw material to finished product. What You Will Do Prepare raw materials and equipment Accurately weigh and add ingredients following recipes Operate and monitor mixing installations Closely follow mixing parameters (temperature, timing, method) Take samples and assist with quality controls Register production and quality data accurately Fill finished coatings into packaging and check weights Label and palletize finished products Keep machines and workstations clean and safe Report issues or deviations promptly Support your colleagues and be flexible within production A Typical Day You start the day by preparing materials and checking your workstation. Throughout the day, you follow set procedures for mixing and quality control, keep accurate records, and communicate any issues to your team leader. You end your shift with a tidy workplace and clear handover for the next day. Ready to grow with us? Minimum a few years of experience in a production environment (mixing, weighing, quality control) Experience with paint, coatings, chemical products, or mixing is a strong advantage Physically able to regularly lift weights up to 25kg B driving license required; willing to occasionally drive to Brussels Forklift experience for handling heavy pallets Very good command of English; understanding of Dutch is an asset Flexible, all-round team player Motivated for a long-term collaboration
