About this role
Unique is looking for a Mechanic to work on trailers over 7.5 tonnes in Gullegem. Maintenance of semi-trailers, trailers and low loaders over 7.5 tonnes (NO SMALL TRAILERS) Preparation and inspection of semi-trailers, trailers and low loaders Diagnosis Replacing brakes, air bellows, shock absorbers Replacing air valves, reading and repairing EBS problems Aligning trailers Repairing lighting Repairing bodywork on semi-trailers, trailers and flatbed trailers Repairing accidents Repairs loading bridges: electrical and mechanical Repair of hydraulic problems on low loaders and tail lifts Recovery orders You can work in a 2-shift system (7 am to 5 pm and 9 am to 7 pm) You are flexible to work on Saturday mornings every 2 weeks You have a good knowledge of Dutch or French or English Education: A3 or A2 automotive (mechanics) technical or professional, equivalent fields or knowledge through experience Knowledge: basis of mechanics and/or vehicle electrics and/or hydraulics and/or pneumatics, among others.
