Jobomschrijving Advising private equity firms, corporates and financial institutions on Banking & Finance matters Working on acquisition finance transactions, corporate lending and debt capital markets Assisting with insolvency-related aspects of finance transactions Conducting in-depth legal research and drafting legal documentation Working closely with senior associates and partners on complex files Building strong client relationships through clear and pragmatic advice Belgian Master of Law degree with a strong academic background 1-6 years of experience as a lawyer, ideally with exposure to banking or finance law Analytical, detail-oriented and solution-driven mindset Able to work independently while thriving in a team setting Strong communication skills and a pragmatic, down-to-earth approach Fluent in Dutch and English Motivated to grow in a challenging and professional environment
