Responsibilities Analyze internal business requirements by conducting surveys and interviews across various departments. Perform functional analysis and compare software solutions such as Salesforce , Teamleader , and Odoo . Provide a motivated recommendation for the tool that best aligns with the organizational needs. Design and optimize business processes using BPM methodologies to ensure efficient system integration. Coordinate project facets including cost estimation, planning, and resource management. Set up and oversee a pilot project to validate the chosen solution within specific business units. Requirements You have 3+ years of experience with CRM applications, specifically Salesforce , Teamleader , or Odoo . You possess 3+ years of experience in ICT-related business operations and management. You bring proven experience in performing business analysis and functional requirements gathering. You have experience with business process management ( BPM ) and workflow optimization. You possess strong project management skills, including planning, coordination, and cost control. You're experienced in managing various stakeholders and balancing diverse interests. You are fluent in Dutch at a C2 level. Nice to Haves Experience working within a provincial or local government administration.
