A DAY IN YOUR LIFE WITH US To proactively ensure success for the future, IKEA Belgium is looking for Trainee Managers for various departments and units. In your position of Trainee Manager, you will participate in a nationally driven Trainee Program. This program has been put together to prepare you for a position of Department Manager within a period of 1 to 1.5 years.Depending on your preference by store/unit and department, the position you can be employed in will be considered nationally. Great flexibility naturally increases the possibilities of finding a suitable position.
