For our client in Zele, is AGO Ghent Food looking for a Receptionist to join our team in a meat processing company. This role is in a 2-shift system: 🕒 Morning shift: 03:00 - 14:00 🌙 Afternoon shift: 14:00 - 22:30 Handling paperwork and administrative tasks Communicating with drivers and coordinating logistics Managing emails and responding professionally Processing CMR documents Ensuring smooth reception operations ✔️ Very good English skills (spoken & written) ✔️ Strong organizational and communication skills ✔️ Experience in a similar role is a plus ✔️ Ability to work in rotating shifts
