Our partner is part of an international company operating in the retail industry. To strengthen their Sales Support team, they are looking for a German-speaking Sales Support Specialist to assist both Account Managers and customers throughout their projects. Thanks to a structured onboarding program, you will quickly get up to speed and become a valued member of the team from day one. Jobomschrijving What will you do? You will work closely with our distributor network & managing projects. You will advise customers on the best solutions. Throughout each project, you will build and maintain strong commercial relationships with your customers. You will manage the entire order process, from design and quotation through to production, delivery, and after-sales follow-up. You will communicate daily with customers and suppliers to ensure orders are completed accurately and on time. You will handle customer complaints professionally by investigating issues and implementing appropriate solutions, working closely with the Account Manager when needed. You will monitor backorders and process product returns accurately and efficiently. You will ensure accurate invoicing, prepare credit notes, and follow up on outstanding payments.
