About this role
Activities und responsibilities - In your role, you provide technical leadership to all team members and ensure that roles, responsibilities and priorities are clearly understood. - You are responsible for the disciplinary management of your direct reports and act as the primary interface to the global practice head. - Together with your team, you embed quality assurance measures into the internal IT platform to enable consistent enforcement and transparent monitoring of all relevant rules. - You drive structured information exchange, coordination, calibration and harmonization within the team and plan internal audits, management reviews and cross-functional trainings. - When issues arise – for example complaints, investigations or findings from external audits – you support systematic problem solving and contribute analyses and inputs for the further development of strategy, processes and tools. Experience und further qualifications - In-depth knowledge of international supply chain audit standards and schemes, including relevant regulatory requirements at international level - Solid understanding of applicable accreditation and recognition procedures and requirements, including auditor competency requirements, plus practical experience in the supply chain auditing business - Proven people leadership skills combined with intercultural competence and experience in international business environments - Business-fluent written and spoken English language skills; good German language skills are considered an advantage - Confident use of MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) as well as collaboration tools such as MS Teams and SharePoint
