Job responsibilities:
• Support in-country rollout of regional product launches. • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders (e.g., regulators, clearing houses, and partner banks) to launch product capabilities aligned with regulatory requirements and the local payments roadmap. • Develop standard and innovative products in line with “Ready to Launch” requirements. • Partner with Sales and Bankers to design solutions that meet client needs. • Work with Operations to improve efficiency and increase straight-through processing (STP). • Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, Technology, Risk, and Operations to manage products effectively. • Partner with Client Services, Implementation, and Operations to resolve day-to-day client issues. • Monitor product performance (revenue, volume, and value). • Ensure product compliance with all internal and external local regulations. • Help develop plans to close local product gaps and strengthen competitiveness. • Develop and maintain product documentation, ensuring it remains up to date. Product Development This role will also lead the product development initiatives for Thailand by identifying appropriate steps to deliver the strategy and by working with all the stakeholders across the business (Sales, Client Services, Implementation, Operations, Technology, Finance, Compliance, Legal and Risk). This includes:
• Completion of product identification and development (including business cases) for new services • Execution, implementation and delivery of product developments in line with local market needs • Track and influence progress of significant product developments impacting the local client base Client Engagement Develop partnerships with our Sales and Bankers to engage with our clients, prospects and increase their understanding of our product and solution capabilities. Experience / Qualifications / Knowledge:
• Experienced in financial service industry • Experience in product development/management within transactional banking and Real Time Payments would be advantage • Ability to work well under pressure and independently • Degree qualification or equivalent relevant on-the-job experience within wholesale financial services • Service minded with good interpersonal skills
