Provide professional and managerial leadership for the Integrated Care Division Community Hospitals, delivering a highly visible and influential presence ensuring the provision of high quality and responsive services with the needs of the patient at the centre of care delivery. Work in partnership with the General manager and the Divisional Managers to ensure the effective and efficient management of the Integrated Care Division to deliver key targets within resources available. Work in partnership with the Matron (Education lead) ensuring the development of nurses and nursing practice. Be a key leader in service improvement programmes and support improved patient and staff outcomes. Provide advice and guidance on nursing issues

Job description Job responsibilities

The post holder will work as part of the operational and managerial triumvirate for three community hospitals which include Ross community hospital, Leominster community hospital and Bromyard community hospital. You will work closely with the General manager/deputy general manager and medical lead for the division.

The post holder will work closely within the multi disciplinary teams clinical practice and leadership ensuring the provision of high quality and safe care.

Masters Level study advanced clinical skills leadership and management qualification
