The Opportunity: Data Analyst
As a Data Analyst, you will primarily focus on day-to-day BAU (business as usual) reporting. This will include working on data and reporting casework and delivering one-off analytical reports and commercial analysis. Additionally, you will work with the wider team and assist in various ad-hoc data and reporting projects as required.

DUTIES (included, but not limited to): Deliver BAU analytical requests in a proactive and value focused mannerEnsure that business requirements are captured correctly and that all cases are recorded and processed according to agreed procedures and governanceData collection, cleansing, manipulation, and analysis using Excel and other available toolsEnsure that all allocated queries and cases are dealt with and responded to in a timely manner.Deliver accurate analytical reports and analysesIdentify and suggest areas for improvement and automation.Collaborate with the wider team and assist with any data and reporting tasks as required.Work on complex casework with greater autonomyMentor and support junior Data AnalystsRepresent the D&I team at functional and business meetings at specialist and manager levels
