About this role
Maximize the learning experiences of students with special needs in academics, interpersonal skills, activities of daily living, implementing curriculum, documenting student progress and activities, address students' specific needs, and provide a safe and optimal learning environment. Conduct Assessments Develop IEPs Assist in implementation of IEPs and behavior management plans Organize and maintains a system for accurate records Must hold a valid Arkansas Teaching License
