Substitute applicants must complete an orientation and training process, complete all required paperwork, and be approved by the Winchester Public School Board before securing a substitute position. Qualifications: Must have graduated from high school or have successfully completed a GED program. Pay: $100 a day for Teaching Assistants; Step 1 of appropriate scale for Clerical.
