About this role
Van Buren County CSD is accepting applications for a Mentor to Coach. A mentor to coach guides, supports, and helps coaches or staff members to improve their professional skills, reach personal goals, and implement best practices. This role blends the long-term advisory support of a mentor with the performance-driven, actionable feedback of a coach.
• Provide one-on-one and group coaching sessions to track and build performance.
• Deliver constructive, actionable feedback based on direct observations.
• Help coaches set realistic short-term and long-term growth goals.
• Share resources, tools, and proven strategies to overcome challenges.
• Monitor progress and maintain accurate records of coaching sessions and milestones.
• Collaborate with teams or leaders to align individual development with organizational standards.
